New and Never been used. Comes straight of out my personal collection. Every once in a while, I let one or two of them go. I originally got it back in 2001. Foam inserts are new and ready to be used. Case might show some minimal marks or light surface scratches barely noticeable and this is because these cases used to be assembled by hands right here in North Salt Lake at the ZERO Halliburton Manufacturing Facility where my aunt and other members of my family worked just a little over 30 years. Once ZERO slapped Browning’s logo badge on these cases and handed them over, Browning put their own model number (ZP21819) once they listed them for sale, but without that “badge” these are essentially a ZH-100C-SI which ZERO classifies them as a “Camera Case”. Browning/Zero Halliburton cases are engineered and constructed of aircraft-quality aluminum alloy that can withstand 50,000 pounds per square inch. They have a seamless construction with strength characteristics of cold rolled steel at one-fourth the weight. Handles, latches, gasketed seals, hinge pins and the alloy shell itself are tested for strength and dependability. One such test is the static load test that applies up to 2,000 pounds to the sides, ends and top with no damage to the case. An internal pressure test subjects the latch system to internal forces of over 1,000 pounds. These are just two of many tests that prove Browning/Zero Halliburton are simply the finest aluminum gun cases made. Fully gasketed, tongue-and-groove closure with O-ring seal. Combination lock and two to four key locks. Positive-locking latches assure secure closure. Styling beads add strength and uniqueness. High-density foam padding. Anodized, seamless, wrinkle-free finish. Nickel-plated hinges, latches, handles. Made from heat-tempered aircraft-quality aluminum.
