This is a very nice item, James Purdy and sons highly reputable gun maker from Audley House S. The case comes with original keys and owner’s tag. The interior base of the case is made of wood with a leather exterior. The lid has a red velvet inner and a leather outer. It’s in good shape. There are a few blemishes on the ext. This is a beautiful case. Brand New and made for Colt by the Pocumtuck Wood Company in Massachusetts. Beautiful imprinted leather material on the top of the case, with an incredible American Flag and solid Brass Nameplate inside. Comes with a key for the lock. The display case is in its original cardboard box as shown in the photos.
