All leather items are cut from complete full cowhide double backs where the leather is more consistent in thickness and are heavy, thick bridal leather quality 9-10 oz. You should not accept any less for durability and wear. After cutting, the pieces are crafted in our leather shop for proper design, completed, and checked twice for quality, durable construction.
