It’s been in storage for many years, probably at least 20. I think everything is here, but I can’t be sure if every small part is accounted for. It’s dusty, I cleaned it up as best I could, but it probably needs more cleaning. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have questions or need more pictures. This is a package deal that would be perfect to get someone started in reloading at a very reasonable price. All you need are dies for the caliber you want to reload (see my other listings for several die sets) Included are. RCBS Reloader Special 3 press. See photos, some minor surface rust and divots on the top part where the dies screw in. Damage is cosmetic only. Midway case tumbler tested and working. See photos, it looks like a couple of the small pieces that hold the case in place might be missing. RCBS Uniflow powder measure. In original box with original manual. RCBS 5-0-5 powder scale.
