VINTAGE BROWNING LEATHER PISTOL RUG / CASE FOR CHALLENGER, MEDALIST OR BUCKMARK PISTOL, 13″X 7″ CHAMOIS/FLEECE LINED. Very nice example of vintage Browning zippered pistol rug for Buckmark or similar. Black with Browning gold lettering on side. Excellent condition Talon brass zipper in perfect working order. For sale is a professionally refurbished presentation hard case for a right handed Browning Medalist 22 cal. It has been completely reupholstered inside and outside and includes the removable wooden bullet/cartridge block and compartments for the weights and screwdriver (weights and screwdriver not included). This case has the original lock and hinges (the lock has been powdered coated and should last longer than the old brass plating). Also included is an original key and new blank brass name plate on the top cover. The new leatherette covering of the case is much more durable than the original covering and of course all the replacement screws and rivets are new. For sale is a newly refurbished presentation case made to fit a BROWNING MEDALIST pistol. This case has been completely refurbished inside and outside. The exterior has been recovered with black leatherette instead of the old embossed paper-like covering. Also included are original style hinges and locking latch with original key (lock & latch have been powder coated and should last longer than the original brass plating). Included is a new brushed brass name plate (blank) suitable for engraving. The interior has all new red velveteen lining with a compartment for the weights and screwdriver (weights and screwdriver not included) and a wooden bullet block. The Browning oval medallion is not included. It was retained by the initial owner. I have been repairing and rebuilding these Browning cases for over 35 years for serious collectors and enthusiasts.
